Delivery and Payment Terms

Equipment delivery and payment terms are defined in a contract concluded individually with each customer.

How equipment ordering works

The process of preparing and fulfilling an order may include the following stages:

1. Receiving an inquiry and preliminary equipment requirements.
2. Analyzing the technical specification, productivity requirements, and characteristics of the parts to be manufactured.
3. Selecting a machine model and configuration that meet the customer’s requirements.
4. Preparing a commercial proposal.
5. Agreeing on the configuration, price, delivery times, and supporting services.
6. Preparing and signing an equipment supply contract.
7. Payment according to the agreed schedule.
8. Delivery of the equipment to the customer’s facility.
9. Installation, commissioning, personnel training, and other supporting work stipulated in the contract.
10. Warranty and post-warranty service, technical consultations, and ongoing support.

The number and sequence of stages may vary depending on the machine’s features and configuration, as well as the scope of additional work.

Payment terms

The payment procedure, currency, and payment schedule are defined in the contract. Depending on the agreed terms, payment may be made as a single payment or in several stages.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the selected model, the machine configuration, and the availability of the equipment at the manufacturer’s warehouse.

The delivery time may be extended if the equipment is manufactured according to an individual technical specification and includes a unique set of options.

The manufacturing lead time is determined by the manufacturer separately for each order. Estimated delivery times are communicated to the customer during the preparation of the commercial proposal, while the final deadlines are specified in the contract.

Equipment delivery and installation

The equipment is delivered by the supplier to the customer’s facility.

The supplier performs installation, commissioning, and personnel training if these services are stipulated in the contract.

The customer must prepare the production premises and the equipment installation site in accordance with the provided recommendations. These may include requirements for the foundation, electrical power supply, compressed-air connection, and other utility systems.
